GCS Certified 3.70ct Unheated Sri Lankan Sapphire & Diamond Platinum Ring

A striking platinum ring centred on a 3.70 carat natural sapphire of Sri Lankan origin, certified by GCS London as showing no indications of heating.

The cushion-cut sapphire displays refined violet-blue tones characteristic of fine Ceylon material. The colour shifts beautifully in changing light, revealing depth and complexity across the stone’s surface.

The centre is encircled by approximately 1.50 carats of bright, well-matched brilliant-cut diamonds, arranged in a bold double halo and continuing along the shoulders for continuous brilliance (Est. VS-VVS, H-I-J Colours). The diamond surround enhances the sapphire’s colour while giving the ring a strong presence on the hand.

Crafted in solid platinum (stamped 950), the ring weighs approximately 11 grams and is constructed with confident architectural detail, including an elevated gallery and pierced underwork beneath the head.

Pre-owned and very well preserved, showing only light wear consistent with careful ownership. Currently UK size W and fully resizable.
