Shipping policy

Shipping is offered free worldwide. Some locations may be excluded, and we will contact you if this applies to the destination country for your order.

Goods are shipped via courier service and must be signed for upon delivery. Please note that you may be liable for local taxes, duties, or import charges on goods shipped outside the UK, and it is your responsibility to ensure these are paid where applicable.

NOTE AGAIN: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Our carrier (DHL) will contact you regarding any applicable charges before or at the time of delivery.

Once payment has been received, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. Orders shipped outside the UK may take longer, depending on customs processing and clearance in the destination country.
