An exceptional example of Art Deco craftsmanship with a striking Japonisme influence. This remarkable diamond panel brooch showcases an impressive estimated 7.90 carats of diamonds, with the central old mine-cut diamond alone weighing approximately 0.80ct. Diamonds Est. VS-VVS, H-I-J-K Colours.

The elongated rectangular panel, complete with elegant canted corners and fine millegrain edging, is decorated with stylised cloud and swirling lattice motifs—hallmarks of the East-meets-West aesthetic that captivated leading French jewellers of the era. The surface is fully pavé-set with old mine-cut diamonds and accented with rose-cut diamond points, creating depth, movement, and an unmistakable Deco glamour.

Diamond clarity is estimated in the VS1–SI2 range, depending on magnification, with colour assessed around H–J. Every stone is lively, bright, and beautifully matched.

Crafted in unmarked but fully tested platinum, the brooch retains its original fittings to the verso in perfect working order—testament to both the quality of the materials and the care with which it has been preserved.
